Shipping & Refunds

Shipping is how we get the stuff over to you. This is how we do it.

We are doing our best to keep shipping costs down and getting your items to you as fast as we can. On checkout, you can select your preferred method of shipping.

For Domestic Shipping (i.e. inside the US) we have teamed up with the good folks at One World Direct. They are an experienced bunch of people and they ship fast and accurately.

International shipping goes out from our EMEA warehouse. We use registered Air mail, DHL or UPS.

With registered airmail, you have some info about your shipping – at least a shipping confirmation. Sometimes more, depending on your country’s postal support, but usually not a lot more. You can track registered airmail here. International shipping goes out twice a week: Sunday and Wednesday. Registered Airmail may take up to one month to arrive, depending mostly on how nice the customs officers feel on a particular day. Please note that we mark our shipments with accurate data about the value of the sale, and any related customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

UPS/DHL has the standard UPS/DHL tracking services and procedures. They are fast, reliable and (mostly) wearing brown.

We want to you to be happy. If your product is defective in any way, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide a full refund for the defective unit or give you the option to make an exchange. Please email us at [email protected] to coordinate a Return Authorization
